Items

Items like always, must be obtained somehow, except the beginner items you start with. Armor, Weapons, and other useful items must be acquired in different ways. Such as slaying creatures, events, slaying bosses, and treasure chests. There is no custom item registration where you make the item for yourself either, but instead a section where you register the idea of an item, and if it's good enough, it will be added to the database. And maybe given to a boss, or monster as a drop.

Inventory

Your Inventory must be activated by copying the Inventory Template, and making your own topic for your inventory. Due to Forumotion having no system for inventories, this was the only other option. Players have free control over their inventory, but the staff will be watching very closely to make sure that no one adds anything they don't actually have to their inventories. Adding stuff to your inventory is done after obtaining the items.

Item Trades

Us staff do a lot of work. So we leave the trading up to you. There is an area of the Personal Character forum where you may trade items. Just be sure to know that staff keep a close eye on trades, to make sure each person removes the item from their inventory after the trade is complete.

Marketing

Marketing is selling your items, hosting items for auctions, or buying/bidding on other items players have up. Every once in a while, a GM will place up an item as well. Any player may put an item up for sale if they want, and the trade will be done in the same topic the item was up in. Staff pay close attention to whats going on here as well. When an item is about to be sold, a staff member must approve of it, and reduce the gold from one person, and add it to the other.

Equipping Items

When equipping new items such as gear or weapons, you must go through an approval process by filling out a template, and getting a staff member to make the changes for you. It may seem like a lot, but it requires an edit of a lot, and some members just cant handle it when they have control over their own stats and HP/MP.

Want An Item Added To The Database?

If you do, then the Creation Idea part of the forum is where you would go. There, you fill out a template about the item you would like to see added, and post it. If it is good enough, or if it builds an idea, it will be accepted, and moved to the Reviewed Idea Forum. But more importantly, the item, or even monster you made might be added to the database. Sometimes they can even be edited by the staff to fit a much more needed spot, and sometimes not.
